Chevrolet today sent shockwaves through the automotive world, officially announcing the pricing for the highly anticipated 2026 Corvette ZR1X – a true American hypercar and the most advanced Corvette ever conceived. Further solidifying its elite status, Chevy also pulled back the curtain on an exclusive, limited production Quail Silver Limited Edition package, destined to become an instant collectible.
"Corvettes are the pride and joy of their owners – this has been true since we first began selling the nameplate more than 70 years ago. They honor its craftsmanship and design as much as its engineering excellence," said Scott Bell, VP of Global Chevrolet. "The ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition presents a highly exclusive option for Corvette customers looking for a collectible item."
The 2026 Corvette ZR1X: A New Benchmark in Performance
The 2026 Corvette ZR1X is engineered for unadulterated speed and precision. With a staggering 1,250 horsepower derived from its combined LT7 twin-turbo V8 engine and front-axle electric motor, this Corvette can rocket from 0-60 mph in under 2 seconds. Its performance figures put it squarely in contention with the world's most exotic hypercars, as highlighted in Chevrolet's competitive breakdown:
The ZR1X will be available by the end of 2025, proudly built in America at General Motors’ Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Kentucky.
Pricing Structure for the 2026 Corvette ZR1X:
1LZ Coupe: Starting at an MSRP of $207,395 (including $1,995 DFC)
1LZ Convertible: Starting at an MSRP of $217,395 (including $1,995 DFC)
3LZ Coupe: Starting at an MSRP of $218,395 (including $1,995 DFC)

The Quail Silver Limited Edition: A Nod to History, a Step into the Future
Making its grand debut at "The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering" in Carmel, California, on August 15, the Quail Silver Limited Edition is a truly exclusive offering. This package will be available exclusively on the Corvette ZR1X 3LZ convertible.
"The Design team is always looking to innovate, and the Blade Silver Matte paint color marks a significant moment for Corvette as the first factory matte paint in 60 years," said Phil Zak, executive design director of Global Chevrolet. "This new finish creates a distinctly high-end feel and offers a rare chance to own a truly unique expression of Corvette."
Key features of this highly exclusive package include:
Blade Silver Matte Exterior: This marks Corvette’s first matte production paint since the 1960s, drawing inspiration from the Inca Silver offered on the C1 Corvette from 1957-1959.
Limited Edition Plaque: Each vehicle will feature a numbered "Limited Edition" plaque on the interior waterfall speaker, underscoring its rarity.
Unique Interior: The interior boasts a sophisticated Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray with Habanero accents color scheme – a new option for all 2026 Corvette models, but especially striking in this limited edition.
Distinctive Accents: Orange painted calipers, black exhaust tips, and carbon flash painted mirrors complete the look.
The ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition will have a starting MSRP of $241,395 (not including delivery fees), with production set to begin next year. For those seeking the ultimate track performance, the ZTK Performance Package will be available for the Quail Silver Limited Edition ZR1X, adding higher spring rates, modified chassis controls calibrations, the ZR1X Carbon Fiber Aero Package, and Michelin Pilot Cup 2R tires.
This limited edition will be introduced alongside GM Design’s inspiration for the future of Corvette, making its debut at Monterey Car Week a must-see event. The 2026 Corvette ZR1X, especially with its Quail Silver Limited Edition variant, is not just a car; it's a statement of American engineering prowess and a future classic in the making.
